Baby Kenley, Growing Up

I was really sad when two of my best friends Kristin and Mike moved away to Texas.  And now that they are the first of our friends to have a baby I'm super sad not to be around to practice photography on her! (and you know to watch her grow up too :)) So when they came to town for a quick visit I really wanted to do a portrait session with little Kenley.  I've never really tried any sort of newborn photography.  But alas, schedules were crammed and we ran out of time.  Right before they left though I pulled them into the backyard to grab a couple quick snapshots (in less than ideal lighting conditions.) But despite the rush and the bad lighting, we got a few pics I liked.  And I actually like that they look natural and unposed.









Can't wait to watch little Kenley grow!
