Maui - The Wedding
Tuesday, October 4, 2011
If you've been following, you know that I've been posting pics from my trip to Maui over the last two weeks. Well the reason for our trip for my brother's wedding and I've finally finished going through all the wedding pictures.
They had a professional photographer of course, but I tried to snap a few on my own here and there. And the photographer was shooting Nikon, and when he saw I had a Nikon of my own, at one point reached into his bag, handed me a lens and said "here, want to try a fisheye lens?" "YES!" was my answer! How cool of him to just hand over a lens for me to play with! So that's how I got the fisheye shots in this series!

And this last picture, I obviously didn't take, but I wanted to share one picture of me and my brother together, because I never really share pictures of myself on my blog!

Beautiful wedding - and you and your brother both look so nice! :-)
Jaymi, you took so beautiful photos of your brother and sister-in-law! You are very talented! That was really nice of the photographer to give you the fisheye. My Mom loves using the fisheye, too. (She is a photographer, too.)
Happy WW!I´m a new follower!

Thanks for sharing these personal photos - obviously the professional photographer could see your skill. Particularly loved the b&w one of your brother looking at you & your sister-in-law looking elsewhere. And, hey, nice green dress!
