Jillian and Justin Portraits - Part 1

You may remember these two adorable littles ones from some portraits I took of them a few months back, (and from the preview I posted last week.) I just love the personality of these kids. They are so silly and both have such an infectious smile, which makes them so fun to shoot (albeit challenging at times!) Jillian is 3 1/2 now and little Justin just turned 1!
We took lots of family pics two (just wait till you see their adorable parents!) but, alas, I'm still editing those! I feel like I am constantly behind on editing! So hard to keep up with it all!
Oh, and in the past I found I had gotten stuck shooting way too many vertical shots when doing portraits, so I forced myself to take more horizontal ones here, and I was really happy with the results!

Editing is time consuming for sure! I love the crispness and light in these pictures. They are amazing!
Adorable kids for sure! Looks like it was a fun shoot. I'm usually the opposite in that I have to remember to go vertical more with portraits. :-) May be time for me to invest in a camera grip.

They are adorable! The horizontal shots were some of my favorites! I loved the extra negative space. Nicely done.

My mentor told me I favored vertical also. I never noticed until she told me!

Jaymi, I love them. I really like the one of Justin pursing his lips together (the first landscape style portrait of him alone). So cute!!
